After 30+ years of teaching and coaching, the Scott's have transitioned into a new ministry. They are excited to lead the ministry of FCA here in Southeast Missouri and are extremely blessed to work with an amazing staff who Love the Lord and Love People!
Derrill Martin

Derrill was born in Dallas, Texas, in 1962 but grew up in the St. Louis Area. He has been married to his wife Becky for 32 years and they have three children and eleven grandchildren.
Derrill served on the staff of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for twenty years, the first thirteen years as a Huddle Coordinator of the Greater St. Louis Area FCA (1984-1996). Then, in 1996 Derrill, Becky and their three children accepted a call to join a bi-cultural church plant team with TEAM on the island of Mindanao, Philippines. Derrill worked with Becky in student ministry. Derrill was the head baseball and softball coach at Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines from 1997 to 2003.
Derrill then rejoined FCA and served as the Area Director of the St. Charles Area FCA from 2007 to 2014. We are so blessed to have Derrill finish out his ministry career back with FCA in our Southwest Region of SEMO.

My wife, Kate, and I are proud parents of Grace (21) and Ben (19) who are enjoying life at the University of Missouri. MIZ !!! I have had the joy to serve high school students and fellow coaches for over 30 years in education. FCA is now providing me the opportunity to continue to share the Good News of Christ in an ambassador role here in the greater Cape Girardeau area.

We are the Vippermans. Becky and I have been married for 16 years and have been blessed with 2 amazing children. We reside in Malden MO and have had the privilege of teaching/coaching for 15 years. We are so excited to join the SEMO FCA team. Our heart is to engage, equip and empower coaches and athletes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At SEMO FCA our mission is to lead every coach and every athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
